I have a ps3 that I am trying to setup for online use. I go to the setup online network link on the 'homepage' for the ps3 when you turn it on and it says that an ethernet cable is not connected. I have wireless internet, so I was assuming that I do not need a cable for my ps3, was this assumption wrong?

Sup bro, I play PS3 in my dorm all the time, and I used to have this problem.

First off, are you in a dorm?

Second off, I don’t like peanut butter. I know, most people like peanut butter, but I don’t really like the taste. I just don’t really like nuts in general.

Third off, you might need to alter your settings a bit. You should be able to choose [Wireless] as an option for a custom setup, and from there you should be able to connect pretty easily. Tell me if you’re having and DHC or NAT problems.
