Daniel i got ironically too.

@ parellelism , pretty sure that i remember it and didn’t put it as the answer (was it in the gene passage)

@ daniel , i got ironically too

Yea it was ironically

what about the one with the politician and agreeing with her opposition? "were she to agree " or “had she agreed”

Halle berry question: no error?

i did “had she agreed” but i was between those two choices and guessed

For the one about Thoreau and gardening, which of the choices best represented “invidious _____”. Pardon me if that is not the right word.

i thought “were she to” since it was in the present, not past

also, morphues44, i got an error. i think choice A was in the wrong tense

@parellelism, was it the one about cutting ivy?

took choice a too, instead of starring i thought it should’ve been starred (the next clause said how it attracted)

i put after 5 too. after 8 interrupted an existing flow of ideas

i said no error, because she is still the star of the movie! and “were she to agree” is correct too.

I put down the choice about the ivy invading the grass. Not sure if it’s right, but it seemed to resemble the example in the passage most closely.

What about the one about the author’s tone of voice, I think in the gardening passage? Also, what about the one about the meaning of “a dark side…”?

I had to omit the one about the tone in the gardening passage -_-

For dark side, ominous was a choice right?

can you specify on the tone one?
and also, i think concealed for the dark side

OH, and also, what did you guys put about the reference to the environmental issue and the binoculars? what literary element?

yeah ominous was right (i think)

did you guys get analogy for one of them?

I put ominous for the dark side, but I was between that and concealed. My reasoning is that the passage didn’t state that the government’s actions aren’t being hidden, just that it’s bad. The literary element one was an analogy.

yea i think ominous is right now

What do you guys think -1 on the math section will be, I’m hoping for a 77 or 78
