<p>My son’s GC told me 2 weeks ago that the school got the letter, but they still (!!!) haven’t told him. I think I will call the school tomorrow (NY). Haven’t gotten anything at home.</p>
<p>Last year, I sent the commended letter to Cornell and Brown. Cornell sent me a CD with a list of courses and other information about the university. Brown didn’t send anything. After I advanced to finalist standing, I made sure that Brown was aware that I had listed them as my first choice (I didn’t apply ED). I was accepted to Brown, and waitlisted to Cornell.</p>
