I am a junior and I got 1460/1520. Is that enough for me to qualify?

Depends upon your state and their cutoff.

Depends what state you are in and what your selection index is. For example, if your 1460 is a 730/730, that equals 219 SI. Good enough in Louisiana, but probably not in New Jersey.

740 in math. I’m in pennsylvania

218 was the cutoff in PA last year. Too soon to know, but after scores start coming in next week other websites will have predictions of cutoffs by state. Just google 2018 PSAT National Merit.
