Hey guys,

First post and the reason I'm posting is I'm a bit concerned about my PSAT scores (not that I'm in search of a scholarship or anything). The concern is caused mainly between the difference between my Sophomore actual PSAT scores and the practice PSAT test I just took as a junior at my home. My scores decreased significantly in two of the three subjects:

(Note I'm adjusting these scores so they are like SAT scores)

Verbal: 650 became a 610
Math: 580 became a 510 (?!?!?)
Writing: 580 became a 710

The issue I have with these scores is, after another year of math (Geometry) my score decreased by a whole 70 points? I don't understand how that can make sense? Also my vocabulary and basic understanding of English has decreased in a year?

Also, did I suddenly become better at writing or grammar? I don't think so, we didn't cover grammar my entire sophomore year.

Can anyone explain these results, to me they don't really make sense.
Thanks
