My daughter was upset to get back her score report to see that 8 math questions in a row (the ones where you compute and indicate your answer, not multiple choice) indicated that she did not provide an answer. She knew she answered them and showed me the work in her test booklet. We ordered a copy of her score sheet and she answered these questions correctly but it looks like there is some type of calibration issue on that side of the answer sheet (page 3 section 4). On this part of the copy of the score sheet, all of the black dots are showing between the actual ovals so I can see why it was scored that there was no answer. But my daughter swears she filled in the circles - I believe her - to look at the copy of her sheet, all the black dots are off by the exact same amount - just looks like the sheet was shifted. It is completely consistent. On the English questions on that side of the answer sheet (page 3 section 5), the calibration is off as well, but it looks like the ovals were slightly touched with the black dot so the scoring is not a problem.

Does anyone know if you get a copy of the student's actual answer sheet back or is it an image of the answers imposed on a blank answer sheet? I would be grateful to learn of any similar experiences and if you were successful in getting your child's PSAT hand-scored successfully.
