@bengalmom1 I received the same status last night around 7pm. I’d call admissions to make sure that all of your information was received before November 30th. I called Admissions for that reason today. All of my info is turned in and I was reassured that I will receive a decision by the end of the month.
still no change on my status…
Accepted: UP Eberly College of Science - Science undecided
GPA 4.0 - SAT 1870
Status changed last night to “Coming days”
Status changed this evening to Congratulations - Accepted

This years process is VERY different from last years process.
My sister is a year older than me and 90% of her class that applied knew by mid December last year.
This year was torture!
Does anyone know why my status change was “in less than two weeks” and not “in the coming days” ???
It’s nice in Erie, but does get cold! The campus is beautiful. I graduated from Erie many years ago, and it has grown tremendously. Worth a visit.
Still waiting to hear back from College of Engineering. Status is still “reviewing your credentials.” PSU is my first choice so i’m really anxious!
@pinkmd I’m getting kind of zen about it now that it’s actually upon us. It’s almost like I just don’t expect the status to EVER change after 4 1/2 months of the same status, so I’m refreshing less…but still more than the average person probably, lol. But I HEAR you! This is rough…
@Tooth1010 it’s happened to a few people. One called and found it was a glitch. If all of your stuff was in prior to Nov 30th the you will know by next friday.
^^^admissions is probably in your in your account changing your status. You’re probably in the next dump of files to go out. Hopefully.

@gjs2015 glad they help. I post more than most but then again my D has been waiting 20+ weeks (I just counted!) So I’ve had plenty of time to freak out about things. Now that it’s getting closer I’m actually getting calmer. I’ve done what I can do for her, and she’s done the best she can do and there is nothing left to do but wait. But that being said, I will be thrilled when we finally get the coming days status…and so will everyone else because then I will probably shut up

@jlhpsu I’m in the same boat! I applied mid-end of October and still haven’t received the “coming days” status either. Ugh! Both of my sisters went to PSU UP and they’re both shocked that I’ve had to wait this long. At least it’ll all be over soon, for both me and your daughter!!

I applied on the 10th of November and still don’t have a ‘‘coming days’’ status. I got an update on the 8th of December saying that I should expect a decision in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks done. Nothing yet. The wait is frustratiinggg.

.@quizzingforlife that’s really strange. a lot of smeal decisions came out yesterday and I applied last minute before the early priorty deadline. maybe it’ll come soon?
@quizzingforlife I got the same 4-6 weeks update on Dec 8th. I’m also applying for Smeal. No “coming days” status yet.
It seems that the college of Eng is one most competitive and consequently last to send out acceptances. My DD sats aren’t as high we would have liked but she is otherwise a good applicant. She knows it’s areach for main campus, just wish wait was over. I think she discouraged has unofficially decided Pitt or Temple will be where she ultimately will attend (both awesome as well and was accepted to both right away). But I am keeping hope alive for her
Our son was accepted last night into the Eberly College of Science as a Physics major. SAT 2040 GPA uw 3.7 ACT 30
Been watching and reading this thread over and over and waiting as well. My D applied in the beginning of October and still waiting ~ it’s torture!! Still looking for anyone who applied Communications…
