<p>Can anyone comment on this class for non-psychology majors? What is Mendoza-Denton like? Is it an interesting or boring class? Is there a lot of reading/writing? I find it kind of weird that there is no discussion.</p>
<p>psych 1 or 2 both are very easy courses. all you do is go to lecture, memorize material, and then take multiple choice exams. they also tend to offer extra credit to help your grades. i don't know about mendoza-denton but everyone says psych 2 is really easy.</p>

<p>some classes don't have discussion b/c it's not necessary for learning the material. this is usually 3 unit courses. psych 2 is geared towards juniors/seniors/nonmajors so i'm guessing most people wouldn't show up for discussion b/c they can spend time doing other things that are more useful. moreover, the psych building, tolman, is the one of the farthest buildings from the units on southside.. it's a 15-20 minute walk.</p>
