The local PTK chapter keeps sending me invites. I browsed the scholarships they have available, and pickings look slim. Is there any reason for me to fork over membership dues? I have a hard time believing that it improves my resume.
Shell out the money. Many places do offer automatic scholarships for PTK. Even if it is just $1000, that will pay for your books.
