you can find a list of schools with an undergrad Public Health degree from this page: http://www.aspph.org/study/before-you-apply/
Also look for schools that might have a major like health and society, health sciences, community health, human health or something similar. Public health majors often go by a different name.
Consider also the option of majoring in a social science and minoring in public health (or a similar minor) at schools that have minors but not majors. Public health is essentially based upon the social sciences applied to health.
What state are you from?

If you are competitive, you have an excellent in-state option with William & Mary - they have a public health major int their department of kinesiology and health sciences. Old Dominion also has a public health major as well as two other health-related majors. George Mason has a major in health, fitness, and recreation resources which allows you to specialize in health promotion, which is a branch of public health. GMU also has minors in public health, health promotion, and health and social policy. James Madison has a health studies major, but it seems a little more focused on the natural sciences and preparing pre-health students.
Virginia Tech has a human development major, which is not the same but may be relevant enough to your interests.
