<p>I know that might have been asked for a million time but how exactly do I suppose to send in QB supplement for Rice. I looked through many pages but couldn't find the one that explains this clearly I'm not a finalist and planning to mail the supplement out on the 2nd. Also, how would it be postmarked on the 2nd since no postal service will be open?

<p>The instructions for filing are there. The address is shown at the top of the form. If the postmark deadline is Jan. 2, you should already have mailed it since post offices are closed for the holiday and the weekend. You’ll have to find a FedEx office that’s open today or tomorrow and send it out that way.</p>

<p>If you live in an urban area or large suburban area, the mail in the blue postal boxes should be picked up on holidays and Sundays. Go to a the largest post office in your area and see if they have Sunday pick-up. There is a schedule on the postal box. Make sure you’re there well before noon. That mail will be processed and postmarked on Sunday.</p>
<p>Yankee Belle, thank you very much for you suggestion. I have been searching online for the postal service that would open on Sunday but haven’t seen one. I live in West Palm Beach, FL, so I will try that, or maybe I will have to go down to Ft. Laud. Thanks a million!</p>
