<p>Hi to all Chicagoians~ I've this qn abt tution fees. Do you pay by courses, or it's fixed for one academic semester? Let's say if one takes 5 courses for one quarter but he decides to drop one half way, how should u count the money?</p>

<p>Chicago is on quarters, so a full course load is three or four courses. Tuition is the same for each. It is possible to petition for a fifth course, in which case, if successful, tuition would increase. If a student is taking a full load and no more, though, tuition is the same.</p>
