Q's about the application process

<p>I'm applying for the fall as a junior transfer, and was curious if anyone could help me out... Is everything done by mail? This may or may not be a stupid question, but I don't see anything on the website about online applications. Also, there are a number of scholarships listed on the 'dates and deadlines' page. Does anyone know if they pertain to transfers? I'll copy and paste them here: </p>

<p>January 3, 2008 – ENGAGE application due
January 3, 2008 – Lanier Scholarship application due
January 3, 2008 – Fred Russell–Grantland Rice Scholarship application due
January 3, 2008 – Chancellor's Scholarship application due </p>

<p>If I were you, I would get on the telephone on Monday and ask the experts in the admissions office.</p>

<p>I would be surprised if the scholarships you have listed are available for transfers, but please don't take my word for it. I have found the people at Vanderbilt very willing to answer questions that come in by telephone.</p>
