I just applied to Vanderbilt University (The College of Arts and Sciences) for this Fall. I'm 20 years, Puerto Rican, I'm from New York City. My GPA is a 3.65 through 2 years. My favorite professors wrote me recommendations. One of my professors said I was clearly the most outstanding student that he has taught and he gave me all "one of the top few I've encountered (Top 1%)", on that evaluation form. My essay was good, I want to transfer cause I want to go to a nice school and I heard Vanderbilt wants minorities. My SAT scores were good too I had a 1930 I think.

Questions:
Am I getting in? Should I apply to more than just one school?
Is it a big deal that I filed my FAFSA and CSS on February 16th? (The priority deadline was February 1st and I'm BROKE. I can't attend this school without Financial Aid, my fam is poor)
Does Vanderbilt allow 50% of transfers? That's what someone told me.

see ya at Vandy whoever's applying too
