On the supplement, it asks "In addition to understanding your reasons for seeking transfer admission to Harvard College, the Admissions Committee would like to you to write about anything that would help us to know you better."
FOr some reason, when I read this instruction awhile ago, i totally thought they were asking for a personal statement. but then, when i went back and read it again today, it made me realize i have to write about why i want to transfer to harvard specifically too.
for my common long essay, i made it specific for Harvard(not a general essay). since i already answered why i want to specifically transfer to harvard in my long essay, do you think it would be ok to go ahead and use personal statement for the supplement?
i hope that made sense!

Considering they only accept 13 transfers, I’d adhere to the norm if possible.

Isn’t it asking you to write a personal statement just letting them know you better? I would have thought you covered why transfer and such in the main essay?
