@DominicBayer Yes, thankfully I did! My awards were Kaplan ACT Prep, Stanford Conference with $350 grant, and college visit nomination!

oh my god i cant believe i got it… i have a 3.66 unweighted and didnt get to submit standardized test scores in time
Omg. I made it guys!! @Samantha3 and any others who asked about the personal statement article, sorry this is so late but I didn’t save the link. However, I remember it talking about how you should not use quotes from others and well known cliches, but I did both of these things and got it! So I either I was worried for no reason, or they overlooked my essays. Either way, I’m extremely happy right now ^•^

@JojoScarlett. I also applied to the law one, but I read that they only give the quest for excellence awards around 4 months after normal decisions are posted.

Accepted as well! I received an invitation to a College Admission Conference at Stanford, Free Kaplan SAT Prep, a nomination for an all-expense paid campus visit and a nomination to UPENN’s Sports and Business program! I’m so happy I received such a great opportunity. I’ll post my stats over in the other thread if anyone is interested in comparing. God Bless and congrats to all other recipients!! 
Question: The letter said nominations for college programs will come out by mid-May. Is there still hope or is it only for those who were already contacted about their nomination for the programs?
