I applied to UCs in November, and some questions about the application review process.
My family has comparatively low income, 35,000 per year with 5 members…as my both parents have no job (My father gets pension.), but I did not apply to EOP(?), so does my family income have an effect on application? And I’m first American generation from Korea, and while my both parent did have diploma of Graduate School, does first American generation have an effect, as well?
UC’s are need blind meaning your financial need will have no bearing on your admission decisions. Hopefully you have filled put the FASFA to receive FA.
First generation is considered.
