So I'm applying to PSU, and I know that the priority deadline is November 30th...I have completed my online application and sent it in. I have also sent in my SAT/ACT scores. Although, my school has a system where they won't be able to send my transcripts until after this date (I missed the first oppurtunity when they were sent before). Will this impact my admission status at all/ are they leinant when it comes to timing of transcripts?

I thought since my online application was completed before the deadline that it wouldn't matter...
Any insight would be appreciated.

I’m pretty sure it does matter. if your transcripts aren’t in by Nov. 30 then you miss the priority deadline and your app is not reviewed until after all those who did turn it in on time. I have never heard of a guidance department sending out transcripts in this manner-but you need to work something out and get these sent before Nov. 30. Ask your counselor to place the materials in a sealed envelope-that part is important because the university will not accept them if the seal is broken-and send them yourself. From previous years it appears to be much more difficult to be admitted if your materials are not received by the priority deadline. Good luck!

Yeah you need to get those in before the 30th. Go to your counselor and see what they can do - I find it hard to believe that they’ll jeopardize someones college chances for a protocol that i’m sure they know is stupid. I’m sure he/she can slip them under the table if you appear sincere.
