<p>Some MOC do not designate a principal nominee. In fact, West Point prefers that they don't so that the academy can choose the best qualified candidates from the unranked list of 10 per open slot.</p>
<p>wow, so I may be worrying about this principal nominee stuff over nothing.. but a cadet 2 years ahead of me from my district WAS a principle nominee... sooo</p>
<p>taffy - You can call your MOCs office and ask how they nominate. Also, your Admissions Officer should be able to tell you how you compare (WCS) against the others in your district.</p>
<p>if i was to call my MOC, i would end up talking to the man i mentioned in the other thread that wouldn't tell me how many people recieved usmma nominations or even how many people applied for usmma nominations. i think he wants to be secretive :)</p>
