Question about Calculating My AI

Hey guys, so I have some questions about calculating my AI:

The reason I ask this is because Hpbballer24 (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-texas-austin/1186032-longhorns-please-chance-mccombs.html) noted that the ACT AI is out of a 4.0, and I thought that the max would be higher.

Now my ACT scores are worse than my SAT scores, so I'll those:

Business – SAT Model (from http://www.utexas.edu/student/admissions/research/HB588-Report13.pdf)

‐2.668 + (SAT M * .002) + (SAT W * .001) + (HSR * .032) + (SAT CR * .001)

Am I calculating this right?

Test score (not superscored, of course)
Math - 740
Writing - 670
Reading - 610 (>.<)

Class rank - 7/427

So is my HSR [1-(7/427)] * 100 = 98.36?

2.668 + (740 * .002) + (670 * .001) + (98.36 * .032) + (610 * .001) = 8.57552?

If possible, AI + .1 = 8.67552.

it is -2.668, that means you subtract that number :)

Oh, haha I thought that was a hyphen. Thanks!
