Hi. Long time lurker, first time poster here. I'm trying to figure out what exactly my unweighted GPA is and when I'm calculating it should I use my final grades in each class I've taken or should I use individual semester grades? Also, should I include non-core classes such as health and gym? Thanks in advance!

These are all things that we cannot answer, but your guidance counselor can. For example, in my school health does count, but gym doesn’t. Also even though we have semester grades, only final grades count, but I know people who have semester grades count rather than final grades. Just talk to your guidance counselor and he/she should be able to help you.

Unweighted GPA
-Use final class grade
-Omit elective and/or state mandated classes

Umm, no. All states to my knowledge require history, english, math… AP Stats would be elective…
