Question about Canadian schools

<p>I read that canadian schools like Mcgill and UBC only look at the junior and senior year grades for applications of canadian students. Is it the same for internationals applying to canadian schools like these? I'm in the US - will they look at only 11 and 12 or all four years? Any feedback on this would be appreciated.</p>
