I was accepted to UCLA and read over my provisional contract, which said that I must report any class changes. I changed two of my classes (French 101 to Spanish 102, and Anthropology to Philosophy). Neither class is needed for IGETC or my major, and I still have the same number of units. I submitted my grade change report on the site. My question is, if you change your classes, is it guaranteed that it could put your admission offer in danger? Also, it says that I must maintain my current GPA (3.62) to remain eligible for admission, but I asked a friend of mine and he said they mean as long as my GPA doesn't drop significantly, I should be okay. So if I go from a 3.62 to say, a 3.51, is it likely that they'll revoke my admissions offer? Obviously I know I should speak to a counselor about this and I will, but I'd really appreciate some unofficial opinions. Thanks!

Bump

I’d really appreciate any help!

I feel like a lot of people are asking this question haha. If you did NOT need the classes as pre-reqs or whatever and you are not failing then you should be ok (or I would GUESS you would be) I would just let the school know immediately but I don’t see why it would hurt you. good luck!
