Question about changing schools.

So, I'm facing a dilemma right now, because I'll be an incoming freshman in the fall, and on my application I applied to NB SAS and SOE, and Newark SAS. I was accepted and am already enrolled in SoE, but I realized my second choice major is NOT in the SAS, it's in SEBS (Meteorology), so if I end up deciding to change majors for whatever reason near the beginning/before my freshman year, will I have a problem? :\ Would I have to go through any method of applying to SEBS, and if so, can I do it now? Thanks in advanced.

I would call admissions and ask them.

Hey, I work in admissions. We generally encourage students with any interest in engineering to begin in SOE and then if they decide to transfer to another school, it isn’t too difficult. It is more difficult to transfer IN to SOE than it is to transfer out of it and into another Rutgers school like SEBS. Once you get here, if you decide to switch schools, the procedure for doing so can be found here: [Rutgers Undergraduate Admissions - School-to-School Transfer](Rutgers Undergraduate Admissions - School-to-School Transfer)
