This might be a stupid question...but i was just wondering what happens if a certain club meets during the same time you happen to have class. If you have conflicts, does that mean you can't join the club/activity? Or are there different meeting times in case you miss one?

Also, when do these usually begin? Can you start joining them on move-in day?

I would assume that most clubs usually have meetings in the evening or on the weekends so unless you have night classes, they really shouldn't interfere, that's just an assumption though.

With some clubs you can join right away, I've already been accepted into the Leadership Council at my school even though classes don't start for two more weeks. If you have any questions concerning when and/or how to join, I'd suggest emailing the person in charge of the club or one of the members and ask them. Most of the clubs/organizations on campus, at-least on mine, have websites with contact information. If not, you could try looking around on Facebook.
