Question about college grades

Ok, so last summer, I went to a summer college program at Cornell. I got the following grades:

CS Class(2nd semester college work): B
English: C+

I plan to major in CS. Do you think I should report these grades? Cornell said they wouldn't release anything without my permission and I can choose which grades I want to release. Do you think the B would reflect horribly on me(I took the class after soph year), or would the college admissions think that I was ambitious for taking a challenging course?

Truth be told, I'm not a straight A student- not even close to it. Most of my non-elective grades are in the B range(a few C+'s :/), with a few As this year in english/history. I plan to apply to top schools like CMU, as I got an initial SAT score of 700M/670CR/660W without working, and I figure I can get 800M at least, and maybe 700cr and 670w if I study. Anyway, back to the topic at hand, what should I do about the grades?

The Common App asks if you've taken any college courses. To answer truthfully, you would have to say yes, and you would have to report both classes. (I assume this was Cornell's program that does in fact award college credit if you care to claim it.)

The only way to hide these grades is to lie.
