Question about community bathrooms?

I'm going to be a sophomore at MSU, and freshman year I lived in case where we had suite style bathrooms. I'm moving to North neighborhood which has community bathrooms. This past year my boyfriend who goes to a different school visited me every other weekend and we'd like to continue the habit. However, we're a little concerned how this is going to work with community bathrooms, since from my understanding they're separated by gender. He stays the entire weekend so he'll need to have access to a shower, toilet, sink, etc. Has anyone had any experience with this or know what I should do to make sure he can use the community bathroom in my floor (or at least one in my hall)? Any advice/insight is appreciated!

It’s nbd. You can go to the bathrooms on another floor or on another part of the dorm.

I lived in Sny-Phi for two years and often had opposite-gender SOs staying over. They just went to another floor. There was also single-sex bathrooms on each floor (single bathrooms complete with shower).
