Okay, I am a junior and am in a few clubs/sports that I enjoy BUT none of them are concentrated on (what I want to be) my future major and career. Will colleges question this even though I truly ENJOY these activities? Do you think I should concentrate more on my intended career or perhaps justify why I'm in a bunch of non-related clubs or should I even be worrying about this sort of thing?

I wouldn't worry about it. Most kids don't even know what they want to do in high school so just do the EC's you have a passion for.

The idea is to have lots of depth and passion behind your ECs. They don't have to be in your major at all. ECs show that you are willing to commit your time and talents to something extra than just the regular 7-2 school day.

I'm completely undecided about majors and careers, and with one exception (journalism/photography), my extracurricular activities weren't at all related. I was accepted to Dartmouth RD and will be attending. As long as you know why you enjoy the activities you're involved in and can convey that enthusiasm to the colleges you apply to -- through interviews, essays, and recs -- there really shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks you guys! Lol, what if I'm not particularly great in any of my clubs? I mean, I rank well in music (going to festival and the like) but I'm in a sport and a few clubs that I'm not particularly GREAT in... though I still enjoy them. No leadership, yknow? Is that bad?

Try to get few leaderships positions. I am not saying that you won't get in you #1 choice just because you don't have leadership positions(on top of you great stats), but leadership positions definitely make it easy.
But don't stress if you don't have any leadership positions. I had a hard time getting leadership position too.
