For UCLA/UCB, are low SAT scores what mainly keep some ELC applicants from receiving admission, or what other factors are involved?

For example, sad unweighted gpa (3.58-3.64, not sure) and UC gpa (3.99), but weighted is ~4.21, and SATs are 2180/770/760/760/740. Good public school/upper-middle class suburb.

Yeah I know it's dumb to ask, since it's mainly about reassurance. But I imagine other students are curious too.

ohh and also, low gpa is a result of a stupid slip during 1st semester of junior year (5 APs). (2 As, 3 Bs, 1 C in apcalc), but during the 2nd, it was 4 As and 2 Bs--A in apcalc). In soph yr (2 APs, 3.87 UW, 4.17 W). Senior yr schedule has 5 APs.

Four 5's and two 4's on AP tests.

omg i'm being stupidly obsessive..results will come at the end of the month anyway. I guess the more important question is regarding ELC.

Yes, UCB/UCLA will reject ELC students if they fail the holistic evaluation (bad SATs, poor essay, or other statistical weaknesses). You have a good chance, though...
