Is the financial aid really that bad at Drexel?
Any current students could tell me how aid they got and how they were able to afford drexel?

If you’re an international student, you get a chance at Global Scholarship (full tuition).
Plus, surf the previous years decision threads to get an idea of the aid they give.
The whole FA package contains your FAFSA/CSS and AJ Merit Scholarship (both variable).
Knowing if you are an int. or a US national would help me be specific.
@muu2000 I am a US citizen who will applying as a transfer student
As a US citizen you can qualify for a larger AJ scholarship with very good stats. Also drexel meets 80% of you demonstrated FAFSA need.
Anyways with average stats and < $30,000 income bracket can land you a 30k-40k aid.
To get any higher you need to compete.
Make sure you use Drexel’s online FA tool to get your estimate.
Meanwhile you can check out the last year’s awards and see for yourself…

@muu2000 I noticed from thread that though pretty much a people got aid the scholarships did not cover even tutions.
Is the 80% need met with financial aid consisted of loans and scholarships combined?
80% need met (according to its website), includes the whole FA package : loans, AJ scholarship, Aid etc.
Do we get our offer of scholarships and aid when we are accepted will that information be provided after acceptance.
All provided with acceptance.
