Question about getting a 36 in math ACT/ should i retake the ACT?

Hey everyone. I am currently a senior. I took the ACT without any practice, I did not even take a practice test since all my friends said it was a lot easier than the SAT. I ended up getting a 32 since I epic failed the writing section ; I didn't know any of the grammar rules. Should I retake it in December? Are there any good prep books for the ACT english section?

Also why isn't this a 36?

Mathematics 35 Yes.
Pre-Algebra/Elem. Algebra 18
Algebra/Coord. Geometry 18
Plane Geometry/Trig. 18

O_o

Thanks.

A 32 is a great score and whether or not you want to retake it is up to you. If you think you can do better, go for it.

As for the math score, you can still miss one question on a subsection and receive an 18

Depending on the schools you’re applying to, you should retake the test in my opinion. Always room for improvement, and if you took it dry, now you know what needs to be done and you can practice appropriately.
