Question about getting in early decision!!!!

Okay, so I got into NYU early decision and I submitted my first quarter grades to them, which looked above average and good. BUT since then, I have been doing so-so lol, and I plan to change that completely this semester. Our school operates on a quarterly system, and so we have 4 quarters each academic year. For 2nd quarter I dropped an elective for a free block, and I was wondering if I might get rescinded because of this. On the first quarter grade my elective says "92" and on the 2nd quarter grade it says "DROP." This was technically before my acceptance to NYU.

My question is that, at the end of the school year, when NYU looks at my application, will they frown upon the drop even though I did it right after first quarter ended? ALSO, if my school sends midyear grades will NYU look at them?

a) they don’t look at midyear grades
b) i would call and anonymously ask just to make sure

Wait, so they won’t look at midyear grades even if my school automatically sends them to every school?

I think I saw this info on their website at one time. I’ll go and check.

In the meantime NP, you might want to enlist my help someday. :D
