So I have this incident that happened in 6th grade it was labeled a minor incident in the system, and would that be submitted to colleges in the future? Specifically Harvard, Princeton, or Yale.
Ask your counselor. Some schools report stuff on transcripts even if it was a while ago. If it happened at your current school (i.e. a 6-12 school), your counselor will likely be required to report it on their recommendation.
I would be extremely surprised if any college cared the slightest bit about any middle school infractions, especially those that happened in 6th grade. If colleges don’t care about awards or grades that a student receives in 6th grade, I cannot see why they would care about a suspension in 6th grade.
I also expect that there would be many legal issues, since colleges are cannot consider 6th grade actions in some students, but not consider them for other students. If 6th grade infractions are to be considered for you, they would have to consider them for every applicant, and ask for the middle school disciplinary records for every applicant, or elementary school disciplinary records, for K-6 elementary schools.
