<p>elateridai, TOEFL is a test. Are you asking about a class to prepare for the TOEFL? If so, U of T is not what you're looking for, as it is a university, not a test prep centre. :) You might want to suggest that your cousin have a look at the TOEFL website, which may have information about prep classes close to where he/she lives.</p>
