Question about Junior/Senior Eligibility.

I'm looking into applying for a paying internship that is available to juniors and seniors only. The deadline is in October, but I'm not sure if I can apply for it this year, or if I have to wait until next year. Are you considered a junior if you are a rising junior? IE: if I apply now as a sophomore, by the time the internship comes up in June I will have graduated from my Sophomore year, so would I be eligible? The actual wording of the requirement is as follows:

"-Undergraduate students must be in their junior or senior year, attending a college or university full-time
-Graduating seniors do not have to be returning to school the following semester"

Thanks in advance. :)

Yes, you are eligible. If in doubt, email and ask.

Thank you for the help! My problem was there is no phone number or email address listed, it just gives a fax number and an address to mail a resume and cover letter to. It was probably a stupid question, but I was worried I’d get it wrong and then never get the internship, even if I re-applied.
