Question about Junior Year TAP Financial Aid CUNY

I am very behind right now in terms of credits. I will have 51 credits by the time i enter my junior year. My question is will I still receive TAP during my junior year even though I have not declared my major? I read that you need to declare your major by junior year, but I do not have 60 credits yet which is the mandatory declaration time. I cannot declare a major as of now because I was pursuing a computer science major, but have changed my mind and decided to go business sided. I have only completed half the pre requisites needed for a business major and cannot declare it as of yet. From what I read on TAP, when you declare your major, 12 credits being taken must go towards that major. If I do declare computer science for the sake of declaring the major to fulfill tap,i would not be able to complete the pre requisites in order to change majors.I am stuck in a predicament because of this. Sorry if this sounded very confusing.

You will receive TAP for a total of 4 years if you are attending full time. While you are behind in credits, after 4 years you will no longer receive tap whether or not you have completed your degree.
