we mostly do charity work within our town. for example, donating christmas presents, making easter baskets, making cards for christmas/easter, visiting local nursing home.

I’ve been in Key Club-or Builder’s Club in JH- for about 5 years now. We’ve never had great membership, but those of us who stick around are fairly dedicated.
Our annual events include a Halloween Fun House, an Apple Cup food drive before Thanlsgiving, a prom for special education kids, presents for the needy and Santa Claus pictures for Christmas, setting up our schools’ garden show, and the Relay for Life in Summer.
Basically, we do whatever needs to be done in the community. I’m sorry to hear that your club members are so lackluster.

Our Keyclub does nothing but community service projects. Some of the projects have been very easy and some have been much more detailed and take a lot of time.

I have noticed it really depends on who the leaders are in a particular year.

Our Keyclub is strictly a hands on club and there is no messing around in it. They have done Unicef drives, park cleanups, food donation drives, coat drives, wrapping presents for poor kids, Relay for Life Team, visit nursing homes, etc…the list goes on and on…
