I’m a senior and I am currently in AP Calculus AB.
I am slightly worried right now because I have a 59 in the class and I know I will raise it to at least a C before the semester ends but I just want to know if I will still get the 500 bonus pts when I apply in October or does it have to be at least a C to get the pts when applying? Or do you get the automatic 500 pts for being in the class, but if you don’t get at least a C both semesters then you won’t get the 500 pts?
I really need to know so I can determine how much more effort I need to put into this class.
You’ll get the bonus points, because you don’t report senior grades. Then you’ll likely get rescinded if you get a D. Better get the grade up and keep it up if you don’t want to be accepted and then have the rug pulled out from under you.
Dropping an ap class after first two weeks in my school = drop F in class for semester. I wouldn’t drop it anyway plus I’ve been slacking, I actually know and enjoy calc. Desperately need the points as well.
@eyemgh probably brae or agribusiness. Maybe something under business college. Ultimately depends on how well I do on the September ACT.
