Question about my admission packet

I notice a lot of people are talking about fanancial information enclosed in the packet. I received my packet yesterday but there's no fanancial info in it, except a piece of paper telling me how expensive Rice's tution and room&board are. Is it because I didn't apply for need-based fananical aid or is it just because students who don't get a scholarship won't receive any fanancial info?

Another question: for the merit-based scholarship, does Rice evaluate its applicants on the basis of nationality? It seems to me that US citizens get considered first but Rice doesn't specify this policy on the web...One of my friend in US get one, but I don't think he's any better than me..

Anyway, I'm just disappinted that I didn't get any scholarship at Rice...:(

By the way, does Rice allow its students to graduate early? I have 8 APs so I think I will probably achieve 120 credits needed for graduation prior to my senior year. Is there any extra fees involved in early graduation. I know some university does.

If you didnt apply for financial aid, you wouldnt get any financial aid information in your packet (that would kind of seem obvious :P)

And you arent the SAME as the person who got a scholarship, different essays, a lot of different factors. Sorry if you didnt get one but its open to all applicants

no clue about the early graduation
