As most of you have already done, I recently checked my student schedule through ALBERT. My schedule shows the three courses I'm required to take: prose comp, social foundations, cultural foundations (im in gsp). However my mathematics elective isn't there (alg and calc w/ applications to bus and econ). Anyone know why my elective class isn't on my schedule?

when did you send in the class preference form?

how did you check your schedule?

log in to ALBERT through your nyu home page. then click on student schedule and press ok.

*** i havent even gotten a class preference home!?

I haven't gotten any of the class preference stuff. Should we have a class catalog or anything? I'm an honors scholar in CAS, by the way.

read the post, this is for gsp buddy

can anyone answer my original question?

probably because math isn't one of the electives they normally offer to first-year gsp students. i know for a language you have to take the placement tests so they leave it blank until that test has been passed. for math they probably have to check around to see if it's okay that you take the course. i would call them.
