Question about PE

I know this is an odd question, but do you think colleges look at physical education grades in high school when considering an applicant, since they'll be on the high school transcript?

I have gotten As and Bs in PhysEd so far in high school, but this semester I decided to take a weight training class because I was interested in trying something new. Probably due to the fact that I've never done weight training before, I got a C+ for the quarter.

Do you think this will affect any decision making college-wise? The main point is that for me Physical Ed. grades are NOT reflected on GPA - my GPA for highschool so far is 4.0 UW 4.6 Weighted, 3 APs this year, 6 APs next year, VP of Student Council, honors/city orchestra, hospital volunteering, etc.

I hope you don't think this is an irrational question or anything like that - any input would be appreciated.

Bump - anyone?

even if you got a C+ in p.e. and it showed up, but your other grades look great, they'll just think that you're a good student, but you just suck at weight training which is no big deal. P.E. isn't really seen as much of a skill. The fact that you're taking something different from regular p.e. shows you're not just slacking off. I dont know, if you're worried that they show it, mention that you're a weakling in your essay...
