Question about reporting SAT scores from collegeboard

I decided to apply to Fordham only a few day ago. I need to send them my SAT scores.

However, even though they always say "SAT Scores must be receive by the application deadline", is it really a crime if they'll get them in a week or two?

I really don't want to have to do rush reporting from college board as I think it's one of the biggest ripoffs of the entire college process.

I don't think they'll kill you for it, but it won't really help your chances by sending in scores late.

According to some college application books I have, they don't actually start reading applications until 2 to 4 weeks after the deadline. Before that they're just filing and organizing all the mail they receive. That means that the admissions officers won't even know they came late as long as the scores get there before the office finishes the filing process, so you should be ok.

Yeah I decided to save my parents the $25 and just do regular shipping.
