question about sat / act

Hi.
I applied via common app online, and listed my scores in the space provided for sat and act. however, i have not had agencies send in scores yet.

I got a 1430 on the sat, 790,790 (Math 1, Chem)

and a 33 composite ACT with 12 on the writing.

My sat is somewhat weak for Duke, so if i get ACT to send in only those scores would duke look at that badly? I've read different numbers, but i think the general trend is that their SAT range is 1420-1560 for middle 50%, so i'd be on the low end of that, whereas their act range is 30-34, which seems like i'm a more competitive applicant w/ regard to ACT.

What should i do? and, if i choose to only send in the ACT, SAT2's aren't required anymore, correct?

You dont' need to send SATIIs if you send the ACT. Why? I don't know. I wish I knew that, but then again I had to give them to all the other schools I applied to.

so what would you suggest sending.. all or just act?

you have very strong SAT2's that you should send. 1430 won't hurt you, so send them all.
