<p>i took 2 sat II's in november and am registered to take the reasoning test in december, however i realize that i need to retake one test and add a third test (thought mit only required 2), so will MIT regular decision accept january sat II's or is that just pushin it...</p>
<p>MIT does only require two SAT2s. Back when there was no writing on the SAT1 they required 3. You're okay.</p>

<p>January tests are accepted on a case-by-case basis, which means you'll have to email admissions at mit dot edu to get permission -- I think mostly so they're aware that they'll need to wait for your scores.</p>
