question about scheduling conflict

I am going into junior year next year, and since I go to a small school, some courses are only offered during one period. Because of this, my science and language classes conflict so I will have to drop either science or language. My choices are either AP Bio or Latin IV. Which would look better?

There is no way I can change my other classes to resolve this conflict.
My other classes are:

Economics
AP English
AP U.S. History
Precalc

P.S.: I'm looking to apply to U chicago, Duke, UVA, Dartmouth

I think it’s best that you continue with a science sequence. You’re OK with 3 years of foreign language. Top schools will be looking for 4 yrs. of science, 4 yrs. of math, 4 yrs. of English, 4 yrs. of History/Gov’t/Economics, at least 3 yrs. of foreign language, and electives.

thanks for your help
