Question about sending October SAT scores?

<p>I have a quick question guys- how do I go about sending my scores to schools I'm applying to early decision? the deadline is november 1 for the applications, so should I hold off on turning my applications in until october 25, so I can update my CommonApp and send my scores?</p>

<p>Schools (as in more than one)??? You can only apply ED to ONE school.</p>

No. What you put on the Common App is for information only. They want your official scores sent directly to them, and will add your October ones to your application.</p>

<p>Colleges’ admissions websites have their deadlines clearly spelled out. Before the Nov sitting, you direct where to send the scores. Not too difficult I think.</p>

<p>Having your scores sent before your Comm App is no problem either.</p>

<p>I’m waiting until October 25th. I’m probably going to do the rush fee thing as well, but that’s just me.</p>

<p>Before doing this, check the school website. Many colleges are telling kids not to do this as it’s only an electronic data transfer. “Rushing” scores is worthless.</p>
