Well, I've gotten several warnings throughout my junior and senior year that if you do poorly in your last year of high school, colleges will revoke your admission. Let's say, hypothetically, I get accepted into USC, UCLA, and/or Berkeley, what would my GPA have to be in order to keep myself from not getting my admittance? I've heard people tell me that they only look for about a 3.0 unweighted, but I'm really not sure. Can someone elaborate?

Bs are completely safe territory. A high C or two will probably slide. it's when you get down below that that your acceptance starts becoming questionable. Just keep your grades to Bs to be sure. You never know.

D's will general get you revoked. A C will probably slide at LA and USC as long as you're still doing well in most of your classes.

There's really no excuse for a sudden dip in grades.

B's are the way too go. A C now and then is fine too. Nothing worse
