When is a final grade too "low"

In other words, does USC like to go crazy with the rescinding of admittances or do they usually take a more laid back approach...

1A
5Bs
1C possible

haha yeah im wondering the same thing...if i pass is that good enough =x

I've heard that 1 C will not kill you...but in my case the rest of my grades are not that stellar...

median gpa for acceptance last year was 3.7 or something. Im applying there next year and i have 7 A's, 1 B and some people on this board think its a 75% chance i might get in. So get ready to hear a lot of negatives.

Unless of course you have the most amazing SAT scores, and EC's

brendonb - i think the op was already accepted and is wondering if his/her last semester grades will cause his/her (?... sorry) acceptance to be rescinded.

op - i'd say you're fine. i think i heard that they like to see a 3.0 or higher for your last semester, so you're right on.

oh haha guess i skipped that part. But i guess i was right with my ideas:P

i remember somebody saying on this board that they called usc and they said even 1 D is fine...so 1 C is absolutely fine

I'm wondering how bad 1 D and 4 A's would look. Or 1 D, 1 B, and 3 A's

if u get a D it won't transfer, only c and above

lol yeah if i had that many B's i think my asian parents would have already killed my by now. Thanx for the responses
