Question about Stern's math requirement and Chance if applicable!!!!

I have a 1970 SAT
V=690 M=670 W=610
SAT II's (predictions)
US Hist- >740, literature- >700, Biology- >700
GPA= 3.88 UW 4.51 W
IB student ranked 41 of 640 (top 6%)
Captain of my dive team for 2 years, varsity pole vaulting
historian of young democrats
and tons of other little things and volunteer hours.

It says that people are required to take at least pre calc. I took the IB stat route so I am in Intro to Stat analysis and differential calc. Will the differential calc be enough? Can I take a course online that would qualify me? Could I take the AP calc AB test and just study for it myself? I want to know how I can be qualified for admission and how should I tell them I am going to accomplish this.

Besides that, are my chances good?

Differential Calc > Pre Calc, and adcoms at NYU know that. You are fine.

Your SAT II scores are good, assuming that’s what they actually come out to. Note that because you’re applying to Stern, you will HAVE to submit the SAT I and the SAT IIs, if you so desire. NYU’s testing policy is usually the SAT I or 3 SAT IIs, but because of Stern’s math requirement, because you didn’t take a math-based SAT II, you’ll have to submit at least the SAT I. However, it is generally recommended to have a 2100+ to be considered competitive for Stern.

Yeah, that 1970 is gonna hurt you, even in the forgiving ED1 round.
