<p>I also posted this in the Colorado College forum, but I was wondering how badly it will look to admissions officers if my supplement is really long. </p>
<p>I applied early action to CC, and they have two essays, one of which I managed to get to around 300 words (even though there is no word limit ON the app, but in an email they said that for that essay, 250-300 words was good). I never asked them about the other one, and it ended up being 700 words. I sent it without thinking how this could negatively affect my chances... </p>
<p>Is it a big deal? My essay (for the typical why do you want to go here prompt) was pretty good, I think. Very detailed. Will they get mad?!</p>
